bak365's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bak365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of bak365 in a manner not authorised by these Terms; or (c) any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the platform.
bak365 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bak365 will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For minor amendments — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or non-substantive additions — notice may be given by updating the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page without separate notification.
Your continued access to and use of bak365 after the notified effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using bak365 and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bak365 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and bak365, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bak365 customer support in the first instance. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by bak365. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this Section prevents bak365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect bak365's intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to enforce payment obligations.
